Stress Affect Heart Health


A relationship forged with poorly can affect your health. You may not believe it, but a new study found a correlation that stress, hostility, anger, and had problems with colleagues can make people more at risk of heart disease. 
As reported by Reuters on Monday (12/11/2007) yesterday, the study reported by the Archives of Internal Medicine found that the nature of stress and hostility can increase the risk of heart disease.The possibility of having a heart attack 34 percent. 

"The condition of one's heart can be influenced by negative intimate relationships, or problematic," wrote the researchers. 

"We have seen that the negative aspects because of the influence of a relationship associated with coronary heart disease," added a researcher. 

In other studies mentioned social relationships forged with good will make a person's health better. Roberto De Vogli, an epidemiologist from University College London, who led this research study, said the braided friendship or marriage can adversely affect health. 


This research study is equipped with a questionnaire about negative aspects of a relationship. These include covering your spouse or family problems. 

In the study reported, people prone to frequent conflict with the people around him will likely develop heart disease or shortness of breath as much as 34 percent. 

"If you were among the people and good environment, your health would also be good. So did the opposite. If the environment around you are filled with negative things, then your chances of a larger health impaired," said De Vogli in a telephone interview .
