Beware, Young Breast Cancer Starts Attack!


Before, cancer is identical to the age of the elderly. But now, the number two killer diseases Indonesian women began attacking a young age. Necessary precautions to maintain productivity. 
October to the momentum of the celebration of World Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Breast Cancer Awarness). And should, be the momentum of the fair sex to be more concerned with breast health. 
"Breast cancer does not just strike older women, but young people also have a talent for early breast cancer. People need to always check the awareness of women themselves," said Dr. Sutjipto Spb (K) Onk, Chairman of the Breast Health Foundation Jakarta (YKPJ) when Levi's launch of Breast Cancer Campaign in Red Pomegranate Restaurant, South Jakarta, on Monday (25/10/2010). 
Dr Sutjipto recommend breast ultrasound for women who are not married. And while stepping age 35 years, breast ultrasound should be performed every two years. After that, check up regularly. 
"We have entered the century of cancer. Expenses are we as a developing country in two. Diseases cancer slowly but surely increasing. I'm afraid, more to the young age. I handle Patients youngest age of 15 years," said Dr. Sutjipto. 
Added Dr. Sutjipto, added precaution of checking regularly to be an ideal combination for the prevention of breast cancer given the normal cell to become malignant cells take many years.
 
"We know baseball, such as healthy living, but we forget the environment outside of our role. Substance of free radicals is incredible," said Dr. Sutjipto. 
Preventive measures that can be cultivated, is the controlling environmental factors, lifestyle, and diet (which is now more prepared foods). While breast cancer risk factors, including not having children, age above 35 years, history of benign breast tumors while still single, overweight, and women who work nights. 
"The problem now faced is the trend of a young age. In fact we have a research, genetic factors were increased by 5-7 percent every year," added Dr Sutjipto.
