Meditation, Step Strategies to heal the Stress

Meditate for 20 minutes a day can help increase energy, reduce anxiety, and stress caused by the hormone that causes stress. It was stated in a study reported by HealthDay, Friday (02/11/2007).

The method of union between body and mind is derived from traditional Chinese medicine. Even according to a recent survey in the western world it was reported that this method gets more attention than other methods in removing stress.

The essence of meditation is an end to the conscious mind (conscious mind) and then enter another dimension that are in the unconscious (subconscious mind) and supra-consciousness (supraconscious mind). Meditation is silence (silence) - silence (stillness) - solitude (Solitude). The silence appears when the conscious mind someone has stopped completely. Silence means the cessation of physical activity or at least slow the rhythm of physiological activity, while solitude mean to do it yourself without help, guidance, or the presence of others.

"A method developed in China has shown a more beneficial outcome on performance someone who wants to combine relaxation meditation in action" said Michael Posner, a professor of psychology at the University of Oregon, USA.

In a study showed that people who meditate for 20 minutes per day for five days a week showed a better development in managing conflict, depression and anger. And conversely, those who do not do meditation visible fatigue, increase stress hormones cortisol and weaken the body's defense system.

The method of integration of body and mind has evolved in the 1990s, and has been obliged in the lessons China since 1995. This method also has the use of Chinese people aged 40-90 years in China. This therapy has shown improved performance theory as well as emotional and social behavior.
