Sports Night, is healthy?

Surefire job demands to reverse the biological clock many urban communities. One of them is sports night. Are there any side effects to health?

Recently, former Spice Girl, Melanie Brown, aka Mel B camera caught stepping out of the hotel in London to work out late at night. In fact, not all health experts agree that the night is an ideal time for fitness.

"Increased heart rate (due to exercise) at night can cause feelings of anxiety," said Monica Vazquez, a senior trainer from New York Sports Club, as quoted by NY Daily News.

"Scientifically, exercise in the morning helps your metabolism and keep it high for 24 hours," said Jay Cardiello, celebrity personal trainer. "You burn more calories throughout the day."

Meanwhile, those who exercise at night can have balance problems, thus more susceptible to injury.

"Exercise right after dinner can cause discomfort in the stomach," he said.

However, sports night certainly makes sense for working parents who are too busy to exercise in the morning. The gym is usually a choice interesting than exercising at home that may have many distractions. If your condition so, Vazquez stressed, you do not have to worry about "saving energy" for activities throughout the day.

The most important thing for anyone who wants to stay fit, Cardiello says, is stealing time during the day or in the middle of a work schedule for the sport.

"The good side if you exercise at night is more clear your mind and focus than in the morning, when you feel tired," he added.
