Proven Energy Drink of Coffee



To boost stamina, a lot of people to try different types of energy drinks with a variety of abortion. But according to a recent study, the efficacy of various energy drinks actually no better than a cup of coffee.

Research published in the journal Nutrition Review this proves that the various ingredients in energy drinks are not as powerful as the accompanying claims. The only content that is proven efficacious is caffeine, the same as that found in coffee.
