Pomegranate, known as pomegranates are rich in antioxidants like
polyphenols, tannins, and anthocyanins that more than red wine and black tea. In fact many studies have found that pomegranate juice efficacious protect

In 2005, scientists from the Preventative Medicine Research Institute in
Sausalito in Sausalito, California wants to know if pomegranate juice can help
reduce atherosclerosis, a major cause of heart disease.
