Simple How To Avoid Stress



 
Evolution has given humans a variety of mechanisms to face life's challenges and changes since our bodies are biologically regulated by a complex physiological processes to make us feel comfortable. However, sometimes ignoring the biological needs can cause stress, which is certainly detrimental to health.

We live in a world that is full of pressures and demands in which the mind and body too much work. Recent studies show, 70 percent of all doctor visits related to stress and 40 percent of employee problems associated with stress. If this lasts too long, stress can be harmful to health disorders such as anxiety, fatigue, depression, insomnia, and others.

"The first step to avoid yourself from stress is to learn to recognize when you feel stressed. "Healthy mind keeps the body healthy, and vice versa. Walking or light jogging for 30 minutes, 3-4 times a good kick to maintain a healthy body," he concluded.
